Project Description (Nearshore Long-Term Contract | Germany)
For a long-term nearshore engagement, our engineering team joined the development organization of a German company to accelerate delivery, strengthen architecture decisions, and bring fresh product and technology ideas into the roadmap. Working as an integrated extension of the client’s in-house team, we contributed not only hands-on implementation, but also strategic input around scalability, cloud adoption, and modern development practices.
Communication and day-to-day collaboration were handled in German, ensuring smooth alignment across stakeholders and fast decision-making. The project was led on our side by a German-speaking Project Manager and supported closely by our CTO, enabling reliable governance, clear technical direction, and consistent quality standards throughout the engagement.
From the beginning, the focus was on building robust, cloud-ready services and improving overall delivery efficiency. We introduced structured planning and engineering routines (e.g., refined backlog workflows, pragmatic architecture reviews, and quality gates in CI/CD) and supported the client with new approaches for performance, stability, and maintainability. This resulted in faster iterations, cleaner releases, and a stronger foundation for long-term growth.
The solution landscape was centered around Java-based backend development and cloud platforms, combining the strengths of AWS and Azure depending on workload needs and enterprise requirements. Our team delivered production-grade components, improved observability and monitoring, and helped establish best practices for secure deployment and reliable operations—critical in industries such as Aviation und Automotive, where quality and traceability matter.
